Construction projects have a beginning and an end, but our communities are a work-in-progress. In 2006, the ISEC Foundation was established as an avenue to “Share our company profits to build hope in our communities.” Employees not only share the fruits of their labor at work but also volunteer in the community where the rewards are priceless.
Fisher House’s mission is to help military families across the nation. Their belief is that a “Family’s Love is Good Medicine”, which complements ISEC’s Core Values. The ISEC Foundation provides grants to each ISEC Regional office to contribute to their local Fisher House.
Gifts of Giving
With so many worthwhile causes and more requests than can be supported, the Foundation decided to “pay it forward”. The ISEC Foundation rewards the altruistic and compassionate nature of our employees by randomly choosing four employees each quarter to pass along a $1,000 special grant to the 501c3 charity of their choice.
The Board of Directors has six seats that each serve a two-year term. This rotating board is comprised of employees that have shown interest and have been selected for their proven community support both inside and outside of the company.
