Ovation is a two tower, high-rise apartment project in downtown Seattle, featuring amenities for residents and the general public, including a unique public space on the ground floor called a “woonerf”.

ISEC constructed decks, installed benches, and preserved a significant landmark tree, adding a welcoming touch to the design. ISEC also built shade structures for the rooftop swimming pool, enhancing its usability. The complex Origami bench found in the pool area required exceptional collaboration with multiple trades. The project was achieved by using custom templating and 3D design tools.

ISEC’s craftsmanship extended to angular ipe wood benches, metal chandeliers, veneered casework, and custom features like wall paneling and trim, which contribute to the project’s unique aesthetic.

Ovation earned LEED Silver certification, with the ISEC’s efforts playing a key role in achieving sustainability goals, particularly in the Materials and Resources category.
