Director of Operations for Southern California

Tim is responsible for the overall success of the Southern California Region’s operations and project execution.  As Director of Operations, he oversees all regional Operations Managers and is responsible for developing highly effective leaders and teams. He actively participates in the development and implementation of forecasts and annual plans while supporting and managing company initiatives.
