Purposefully Inclusive. Purposefully Aligned.
We believe being good stewards of our environment and the world makes a difference. We bring these ideals to life by ensuring that our people, culture, and partnerships are aligned to create a framework for such. This occurs when people feel valued, included, and understood - all of which we encourage daily.
All Voices Are Valued.
We understand that our people and projects are most successful when they benefit from the full spectrum of talent and ideas. At ISEC, DE&I is not just an initiative, it is a journey. It’s a lifelong culture that we continually feed into, learn from, and grow. We focus on creating, nurturing, and empowering a diverse and inclusive work environment – at all levels, in all relationships, inside and outside the organization.
“During my tenure at ISEC, I have always been impressed with the amount of women and minority groups I see amongst my peers. At my office in La Palma, it is refreshing to see over half of my coworkers identify as female. I have never worked for such an inclusive company, where the CEO’s office door is proverbially open, and both managers and entry-level employees alike are willing to help and assist when necessary.“
Calla – Business Development
Winning Together and Having Fun.
Our employees describe the ISEC culture as authentic. We are driven by our core values and choose to respond to industry hurdles with transparency, resilience, and positivity. Our proactive and collaborative approach affects our clients, drives other trade partners, and contributes to strong partnerships and teamwork. This gives us a clear and decisive competitive advantage and gives our team something to be proud of.
Called to Care.
We are successful because of our passion for serving others. That is the fundamental philosophy of the ISEC Foundation. Operated by regional teams, the Foundation creates an atmosphere where participation in community development is encouraged to become a daily part of our employees’ lives. ISEC is also a proud sponsor of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), which focuses on mental health issues within the construction industry and the related impact on our communities.
A Focus on Security.
As part of our supplier onboarding due diligence, ISEC is certified with the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) program. CTPAT is an essential component in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) multi-leveled cargo enforcement strategy. Through this program, ISEC works with CBP to strengthen international supply chains and improve the United States border security.
Inspiring the Next Generation.
We uniquely desire to share our love for construction, problem-solving, and collaboration. As such, we take the “Mentor” part of the SBA Mentor- Protégé Program very seriously. We work to maximize opportunities for people to thrive by providing robust training and development programs, including internal business management, marketing, procurement, project management, and strategic planning. Our end goal is that the people we guide will become active members of our industry and mentor themselves someday.
“As a small but growing woman-owned ISEC supplier, our companies have created this amazing nationwide partnership and cultivated the relationship to expand into other aspects of our company’s growth to ensure everyone succeeds. ISEC’s clients, more importantly, reap the rewards of such an amazing outreach. ISEC’s dedicated and talented employees are some of the most impressive we have seen in the construction industry. They are a family that supports one another. You feel part of their family when you do business with them. Our company philosophies align with “paying it forward” through the acts we do in our communities. It strengthens our partnership.
Thank you, ISEC. You change lives in so many ways! “

Easing Environmental Impact.
Construction has a direct impact on the environment. Therefore, we are responsible for finding innovative, viable solutions that reduce negative consequences. We utilize Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) technology to create digital models of buildings and project sites. This takes the guesswork out of production, leading to less waste, higher collaboration, and better information that can be leveraged throughout the design, production, and installation phases.
In Good Company.
